Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise LLC is the sole Sponsor and administrator of the Sweepstakes and is solely responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes and the award and fulfillment of the Grand Prize. No other company, travel agency, or affiliated business is a sponsor, administrator, or prize provider of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize reservation may be booked through Sponsor's licensed travel partner on Sponsor's behalf; Sponsor remains solely responsible for the Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize.

PlayTime Scheduler is participating in connection with the celebration of its 10th Anniversary as a Promotional Partner. PlayTime Scheduler is not the Sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes and is not responsible for the award or fulfillment of the Grand Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, PlayTime Scheduler, and any companies directly involved in the development, administration, promotion, fulfillment, or execution of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family" includes a spouse, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Household members include individuals who share the same residence, whether or not related.

Eligibility is subject to verification by Sponsor.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1st, 2026, at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time and ends on October 31st, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Sweepstakes Period").

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor's computer system will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official Sweepstakes landing page, complete all required fields on the official entry form, acknowledge the Official Sweepstakes Rules, and submit the completed entry form as directed. By submitting an entry, the entrant will be subscribed to receive emails from Sponsor, as described in Section 22, and may unsubscribe at any time.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Entries containing false, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid information may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise reservation, or other financial transaction is required to enter or win.

Making a purchase, reserving a Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise, using a promotional code, or otherwise doing business with Sponsor or PlayTime Scheduler will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Automated entries or entries generated through scripts, macros, bots, automated systems, artificial methods, multiple identities, or other methods intended to circumvent the normal entry process or entry limit are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that Sponsor reasonably determines violate these Official Rules.

5. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The verified Grand Prize winner will receive:

A 4-night Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise for two (2) Guests sharing one Interior Stateroom on an Eligible Sailing (defined in Section 7), including the cruise fare and the Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise experience.

The Grand Prize includes the standard Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise experience and inclusions applicable to the Eligible Sailing selected by the winner, including:

• Cruise fare for two Guests sharing one Interior Stateroom
• Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise programming
• Open Play
• Pro-led Pickleball instruction
• Exclusive Local Pickleball Experience(s) Ashore included with the applicable sailing
• Group activities and events
• Nightly Group Dinners
• Other standard Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise inclusions associated with the selected sailing

The Grand Prize does NOT include government taxes, fees, and port expenses, or any other applicable taxes and fees. These are the sole responsibility of the winner, as described in Section 6.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,601.72. The ARV reflects the cruise fare and the Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise experience described above and does not include the taxes, fees, and port expenses payable by the winner.

The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the Eligible Sailing selected, travel dates, availability, prevailing rates, and other factors. If the actual value of the Grand Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash, credit, or any other form.

6. WINNER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR TAXES, FEES, AND OTHER EXPENSES

Cruise taxes, fees, and port expenses. The winner is solely responsible for paying all government taxes, fees, and port expenses associated with the Grand Prize sailing for both the winner and the traveling companion, together with any other applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, or charges imposed by the cruise line, any port, or any governmental authority. The amount of these taxes, fees, and port expenses varies by sailing and will be disclosed to the winner before the Grand Prize reservation is confirmed.

These taxes, fees, and port expenses must be paid in full by the deadline stated in the reservation terms for the selected sailing. The Grand Prize reservation will not be confirmed until payment is received. Failure to pay these amounts by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

Income taxes. The winner is also solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes arising from acceptance or use of the Grand Prize, as described in Section 13.

Other expenses not included. Unless expressly identified as included in these Official Rules, the Grand Prize does not include airfare, transportation to or from the applicable cruise departure location, hotel accommodations before or after the sailing, parking, passports, visas or other travel documentation, travel insurance or protection, gratuities, optional excursions, specialty dining, beverage packages, Wi-Fi, personal purchases, onboard purchases, medical expenses, additional accommodations, stateroom upgrades, or other incidental expenses.

All taxes, fees, and expenses not expressly identified as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or traveling companion.

7. ELIGIBLE SAILINGS AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

Eligible Sailings. "Eligible Sailing" means any 4-night Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise sailing offered by Sponsor that has available Interior Stateroom inventory at the time of reservation, subject to any blackout dates or other reasonable restrictions established by Sponsor.

Longer sailings and upgrades. At Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to availability, the winner may apply the Grand Prize toward a Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise sailing longer than 4 nights or toward a higher stateroom category. In that case, the Grand Prize will be applied as a credit equal to the value of the cruise fare and Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise experience for two Guests sharing a 4-night Interior Stateroom, not to exceed the stated ARV, and the winner is responsible for paying the difference in price, in addition to all taxes, fees, and port expenses for the selected sailing.

Redemption period. The verified winner must select and reserve an Eligible Sailing within two (2) years of the date on which the winner is initially notified of winning.

The actual sailing date may occur after the two-year redemption period, provided the Eligible Sailing was selected and the Grand Prize reservation was confirmed before expiration of the two-year deadline.

Once the Grand Prize sailing has been selected and confirmed, any request to change the sailing is subject to availability and approval by Sponsor, and the winner is responsible for any resulting change in taxes, fees, port expenses, or price.

Failure to select and reserve an Eligible Sailing within the required two-year period may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

No Eligible Sailing available. If Sponsor does not offer any Eligible Sailing with available inventory during the redemption period, Sponsor may, at its discretion, permit the winner to apply the Grand Prize toward another Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise sailing as described above, or substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Cancelled sailings. If Sponsor cancels the winner's confirmed Grand Prize sailing for any reason, the winner may select another Eligible Sailing (or apply the Grand Prize as described above) without penalty, and any taxes, fees, and port expenses already paid by the winner will be transferred to the new sailing or refunded. If the new sailing's taxes, fees, and port expenses are higher, the winner is responsible for the difference. If the new sailing's taxes, fees, and port expenses are lower, the difference will be refunded to the winner. The redemption deadline in this Section will be extended as reasonably necessary to allow the winner to rebook.

8. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND TRAVELING COMPANION

The winner may select one (1) traveling companion. The winner and traveling companion must travel together on the same itinerary and share one Interior Stateroom (or the stateroom selected under Section 7).

The traveling companion must sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release before the Grand Prize reservation is confirmed. A traveling companion who is under the age of majority in the companion's state of residence may participate only if the winner is the companion's parent or legal guardian, and the winner must sign these documents on the companion's behalf.

All travel is subject to the cruise line's Cruise Ticket Contract, terms and conditions, and policies, including requirements relating to age, health, safety, conduct, and documentation. The winner and traveling companion must comply with them.

The winner and traveling companion are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all passports, visas, identification, immigration documents, medical documentation, or other documents required for travel.

The winner and traveling companion must satisfy and comply with all applicable requirements imposed by governmental authorities, ports, destinations, transportation providers, cruise carriers, and other applicable travel providers.

Sponsor is not responsible for denied boarding, missed departures, inability to travel, travel interruptions, or other losses resulting from the failure of the winner or traveling companion to satisfy applicable travel requirements.

If the winner or traveling companion is unable or unwilling to travel after the Grand Prize reservation has been confirmed, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide cash or other compensation except as required by applicable law, and taxes, fees, and port expenses paid by the winner are refundable only to the extent permitted under the reservation and cruise line terms.

Sponsor recommends that the winner and traveling companion purchase travel insurance at their own expense.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On November 2nd, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor's designated administrator.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email at the email address provided on the Sweepstakes entry form.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor's winner notification within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the notification email is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, as described in Section 11.

Entrants are responsible for monitoring the email account provided with their entry, including applicable spam, junk, or promotional folders.

Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner's failure to receive or review a notification due to inaccurate contact information, spam filtering, email settings, technical problems, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

11. WINNER VERIFICATION

A potential winner is not considered the official Grand Prize winner until Sponsor has verified the potential winner's eligibility and confirmed the award of the Grand Prize.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return documentation requested by Sponsor, which may include an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release where lawful, Form W-9 or other tax documentation, travel documentation, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the Grand Prize. All requested documentation must be returned within forty-eight (48) hours of the potential winner's response to the winner notification.

If the potential winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• fails to respond to the winner notification within twenty-four (24) hours;
• is determined to be ineligible;
• declines the Grand Prize;
• fails to return requested documentation within forty-eight (48) hours; or
• otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may be disqualified and will forfeit any right to the Grand Prize.

Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate potential winner is subject to the same notification, response, and verification requirements set out in Sections 10 and 11.

Winner announcement. The verified Grand Prize winner will be announced by email on November 5th, 2026. If an alternate potential winner must be selected, the announcement will be made as soon as reasonably practicable after the alternate winner is verified.

12. SPONSOR'S RIGHTS REGARDING THE PRIZE

The Grand Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash by the winner except as expressly permitted by Sponsor or required by law.

No cash alternative will be provided.

The Grand Prize may not be sold or transferred to another person.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand Prize with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or a component becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the Grand Prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.

13. INCOME TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other income taxes, fees, or governmental assessments arising from acceptance or use of the Grand Prize. These are in addition to the cruise taxes, fees, and port expenses described in Section 6.

The Grand Prize may constitute taxable income to the winner.

The winner will be required to provide Sponsor with any information or documentation reasonably necessary for applicable tax reporting, including a completed Form W-9.

Sponsor may issue the winner and applicable taxing authorities a Form 1099-MISC or other tax document reflecting the value of the Grand Prize, as required by applicable law.

The winner should consult the winner's own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of accepting the Grand Prize.

14. EXISTING OR NEW PICKLEBALL AT SEA GROUP CRUISE RESERVATIONS

Making a Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise reservation before the Grand Prize winner is selected does not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.

If the verified Grand Prize winner has already made a reservation for a Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise sailing, Sponsor will work with the winner to apply the Grand Prize to that reservation as a credit equal to the value of the cruise fare and Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise experience for two Guests sharing a 4-night Interior Stateroom, not to exceed the stated ARV, subject to these Official Rules. The winner remains responsible for any remaining balance and for all taxes, fees, and port expenses on that reservation.

The Grand Prize will not be converted into a cash payment, refund, or future cruise credit beyond the value described above merely because the winner previously made a reservation.

Making a reservation or purchase does not provide an additional Sweepstakes entry and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

15. PLAYTIME SCHEDULER 10TH ANNIVERSARY PROMOTIONAL SAVINGS

Separate from the Sweepstakes, Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise LLC is offering a special promotional savings opportunity in celebration of PlayTime Scheduler's 10th Anniversary.

Guests who make an eligible new Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise reservation on or before October 31st, 2026, and use promotional code PTS10Year, may receive:

$50 off per Guest—that's $100 in savings for two Guests.

The savings are calculated on a per-Guest basis and are not limited to reservations containing two Guests.

The PTS10Year promotional offer applies only to qualifying new reservations and is subject to availability and applicable reservation terms.

The promotional offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

The PTS10Year offer is completely separate from Sweepstakes entry.

NO PURCHASE OR RESERVATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. MAKING A RESERVATION OR USING PROMOTIONAL CODE PTS10YEAR WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING.

An entrant who makes a reservation or uses the PTS10Year promotional offer remains eligible to win the Sweepstakes provided all other eligibility requirements are satisfied.

16. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor concerning the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant whom Sponsor reasonably determines has:

• tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;
• violated these Official Rules;
• submitted fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise prohibited entries;
• attempted to obtain additional entries through multiple identities, email addresses, automated methods, or other deceptive means; or
• otherwise interfered with the fairness, integrity, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select the winner at random from eligible entries received before the event requiring termination, if Sponsor determines that doing so is fair, appropriate, and legally permissible.

17. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise LLC, PlayTime Scheduler LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, costs, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or participation in the Grand Prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or undelivered entries or communications resulting from technical, network, internet, computer, server, provider, equipment, software, human, or other errors outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

18. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted. By entering, each entrant releases these platforms from any and all liability relating to the Sweepstakes. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

19. TRAVEL CHANGES AND CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR'S CONTROL

Cruise itineraries, ports of call, schedules, destinations, activities, instructors, Pickleball programming, transportation arrangements, accommodations, and other components of the Grand Prize may be modified, substituted, delayed, or canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, governmental action, operational requirements, safety considerations, public-health conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Such changes will not automatically entitle the winner or traveling companion to a cash payment, refund, replacement prize, or other compensation except as required by applicable law.

20. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and PlayTime Scheduler to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements concerning the Sweepstakes, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, including announcing the winner, without additional compensation or notice, subject to applicable law.

Where affirmative consent or a separate publicity release is required by applicable law, Sponsor will obtain the necessary consent before such use.

21. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is collected by Sponsor and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants concerning the Sweepstakes, notify and verify the potential winner, fulfill the Grand Prize, comply with legal obligations, and for other purposes described in Sponsor's applicable Privacy Policy.

Sponsor may share entrant information as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the Grand Prize, including with Sponsor's travel partner and the cruise line for reservation purposes, and to announce the winner as described in Section 20.

Sharing with partners. By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may share entrant information submitted with the entry, including name and email address, with PlayTime Scheduler and with Sponsor's other current or future marketing partners. These partners may use that information to send entrants information about their own products, services, and promotions. Each partner's use of entrant information is governed by that partner's own privacy policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from any partner's marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided by that partner.

Unsubscribing from Sponsor's or any partner's marketing communications will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

Email subscription upon entry is described in Section 22.

22. EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be subscribed to receive promotional and marketing emails from Pickleball At Sea Group Cruise LLC at the email address provided on the entry form. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Every marketing email sent by Sponsor will include an unsubscribe link. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time, including immediately after entering, by using that link.

Unsubscribing, at any time before or after the drawing, will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

Sponsor will honor unsubscribe requests promptly and in accordance with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act. All marketing emails sent by Sponsor will comply with applicable law.

Even if an entrant unsubscribes, Sponsor may still send communications reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, including potential-winner notifications and Grand Prize fulfillment communications.

Entry subscribes the entrant to email only. Sponsor will not send text messages or make marketing calls to an entrant unless the entrant separately and expressly consents to them.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought individually in an appropriate state or federal court located in Lee County, Florida, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, limited, or restricted.

24. WINNER INFORMATION

Where required by applicable law, the name of the verified Grand Prize winner will be available following completion of the Sweepstakes.

Requests must identify the PlayTime Scheduler 10th Anniversary Sweepstakes, include a self-addressed stamped envelope, and must be received within ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

25. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Official Rules constitute the rules governing the Sweepstakes.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertisement, social media post, email, landing page, promotional material, or other communication concerning the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
